Our Gold Sparkle Baby Tutu is made with three layers of 100% nylon tulle with the skirt measuring approximately 7.5" long. Gold tulle is covered with a metallic gold "splatter." When relaxed, the waist is about 10" in circumference and will stretch to about 23". Recommended for newborns up to 2 years. Tutus may require a bit of fluffing when taken out of the package.
